INTRODUCTION AND BACKGORUND
4Dimension Group is a multi-disciplinary group of companies which provide Civil / Structural / Geotechnical Engineering Consulting, Building & Civil Engineering Construction, Construction Materials Testing, Security, Cleaning and Horticultural Services.
The companies are established in terms of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008,
in the form of a private companies with a Black Ownership Equity of 100% and Black Women Ownership Equity of up to 50% which are inspired by the progressive and responsible experience of its founding Directors in the Construction, Business Management and Built Environment Professional Services industry. Furthermore to the above all the companies of the 4Dimension Group qualify as SMME’s / Exempted Micro Enterprises (EME) in terms of the National Small Business Amendment Act No. 26 of 2003 and verified as Level-1 BBBEE Contributors by a SANAS Accredited Agency in accordance with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act No. 53 of 2003 as ammended.
